Railmove 4.0 is an innovative system for the scenomechanical movement, which offers endless possibilieties of appplication in the show.
Led walls, scenography and lights can be supported simultaneously, resulting in a surprising variety of dynamic light and video effects.

The product focuses on 4 fundamental pillars: having a modular system according to the idea of the set designer, total flat rail system, precision and ease of programming.
The movement of led walls, towers, lights and scenographic elements can be precisely controlled through the dmx signal.
Railmove, in fact, is designed so as to be programmed by a single operator who, through a light desk, automatically controls all the elements of the structure.
RAILMOVE TRACK MODULES
Thanks to its modularity, Railmove can easily meet different customized design requirements and adapt to different kind of venues.
The Railmove track consists of 3m lenght modules. This includes stabilizers to ensure the static of the structure and to adjust the height of the walkway.
The stabilizers bases allow a stage height of up to 60cm for higher stage pplatforms, layher structure is required.
The tracks are equipped with compartments for the passage of electrical equipment.
TOTAL FLAT COVER SYSTEM
The innovation of Railmove 4.0 is the track cover system. The new total flat system allows the rails to be completely embedded in the stage with no restriction on cart movements and plenty space of action on stage.
MOVABLE SYSTEMS
HORIZONTAL CART
Trolley for horizontal handling. It allows both the assembly of a fixed object (such as LEDwall and sets) and the assembly of the COMPACT TRACK 6mt. In black iron, matt powder coated. Equipped with safety stop and POWER UNIT for handling.
TENDER CART
Equipped with rods for the connection to the HORIZONTAL CART, the TENDER CART is a support trolley for the handling of sets and ledwall systems over 2 meters. In black iron, matt powder coated.
SHORE INSTALLATION OF LED LIGHT
It can be composed of 3 modules to reach a height of 6 meters.
Placed on an HORIZONTAL CART, it can support LEDwall screens with a maximum width of 2 m and a height of 6 m. When combined with the TENDER CARS, the widths of the LED screens can be greater than 2 m.
Equipped with a ladder on the back for mounting and maintenance.
LED SYSTEM
Both on the COMPACT TRACK and on the SHORE LED MOUNTING it is possible to equip both fixed and mobile LEDwalls. Both 3.9 and 2.6 Ledwall pitch are available. The LED module is of dimensions can be: L 50xH100 or 50x50cm. By combining the modules both the dimensions and the configurations can vary. On the COMPACT 6m TRACK it is possible to install up to 6 LEDwall modules.
On the LED MOUNTING SHORES it is possible to install LEDwall modules up to 1,50 m of width on a single HORIZONTAL CART, instead, adding the TENDER CART you can install more modules.

COMPACT TRACK 6M
The COMPACT 6m TRACK has been designed for the support of both static and dynamic scenic elements. Housed on the HORIZONTAL CART, it allows sliding on the x-axis. Equipped with 2 CART-MINI, it can also allow the movement of scenic elements along the vertical axis.
LIGHT SYSTEM
Both on LED MOUNTING SHORES and on COMPACT TRACK it is possible to set up motorized and non-motorized light sets. On the COMPACT TRACK, thanks to the HORIZONTAL CART, it is possible to move the light sets on the Y axis.
